Job Description
Your contribution to something big
- Develop FEM-based and/or Hybrid-methodology to assess fatigue-life in Heat pump sub-system/full system
- In particular; develop failure-criterias for soldering joints & pipes
- Develop recommendations on how to prepare geometry/CAD-models/mesh for numerical fatigue-life assessment
- In particular; for soldering joints and pipes
- Develop recommendations on how to assess fatigue-life in isolated parts of Heat pump (Input loads & boundary conditions)
Qualifications
Required skills:
- Able to work independently
- Problem solving and research mindset
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred skills:
- Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge in structural analysis/vibration engineering
- Knowledge in solid mechanics and general material failure theory
- Knowledge in FEM; theory and software (ANSYS preferred)
