Job Description
Your contribution to something big
- Project management assistant
- Preparing and participating in project workshops / events
- Presenting in meetings
- Driving smaller projects
- Prepare content and participate in meetings with top management
- Working with Project Management Tools
- Improve current project management processes
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
- Must be a currently enrolled student, pursuing a Bachelor/Master of Science degree or comparable
- Ability to manage and set priorities in a changing environment
- Ability to work independently and approach people easily
- Good analytical skills
- You are structured, but can think “outside of the box”
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Swedish is a merit
- Beneficial: previous experience in Project Management and Project Management Tools
