We are now looking for an IT System Administrator / Site Support specialist for our IT team in Stockholm! As IT System Administrator / Site Support in Group Technology Team (GTT), you receive a vast spectrum of exciting challenges, and you will see very clear visible effects of your efforts. The role is involved with IT operations of a very diverse infrastructure spread over three sites in Stockholm (Sweden), Kraków (Poland), and Gurgaon (India). The environment is managed by a small team of System Admins and Site Support Specialists spread over all three sites and with a 360-degree responsibility for IT. So if you are an IT enthusiast with practical hands-on experience with Windows, Macs, and Linux environments, then this is a job for you!

What you will be doing
We believe that you are a skilled IT enthusiast with practical hands-on experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux environments. User support, hardware issues handling, network, virtualization, and configuration management are a natural part of your interests. You want to learn about software development tools and have the motivation to keep them best aligned for users and processes by continuous improvement. You proceed to those tasks with satisfaction, sharing our belief in the agile values by being motivated, focused, taking initiatives, and eager to learn. We expect you to do great work, both as part of a team and independently.
We work in a global environment, so you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
What we are looking for
- Strong communication skills in direct contact and support for users
- Communicative English
- Good organizational skills & time management
- A working knowledge of IT operating systems, mainly Windows
- Understanding of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, VPN, AD, Email clients
- Hands-on experience in installing IT hardware and software,
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Willingness to learn of some software development tools like SVN, Git, JIRA, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of office hardware (laptops, PC, servers, mobile devices, printers, multimedia & videoconferencing equipment, etc.)
- Direct and remote users support (first and second line support model)
- Follow the guidelines to keep IT infrastructure up & running (servers, printers, services, licenses, etc.)
- Onsite support for Stockholm and remote for other offices
- Maintain, update, configure, improve software development tools
- Develop solutions with the System Administrators in Stockholm and Krakow to improve software development process efficiency & easy-of-use
